At Daywell ("we", "us", or "our"), operated by Vanthen, we believe in privacy by design. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our desktop application, Android mobile app, and web services.

1. Information We Collect

• Google Account Information: When you choose to authenticate using Google Sign-In, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture solely to verify your identity and manage your account sessions securely via Supabase.
• Application Content & Productivity Data: Your daily schedules, habits, focus intervals, notes, and task lists are stored locally on your device and synchronized securely to your private cloud storage.
• Device & Diagnostics: Minimal technical information necessary for application stability and synchronization state. We do not use third-party behavioral advertising trackers.

2. Google API Services User Data Policy Compliance

Daywell's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements:

• We only request access to basic authentication scopes (email and profile) needed to sign you into your personal Daywell account.
• We do not transfer or disclose your Google user data to third parties, except as strictly required to provide synchronization services or comply with applicable laws.
• We never sell, rent, or lease your personal data or Google user data to advertisers, data brokers, or third-party marketing networks.
• We do not use your Google user data to train generalized artificial intelligence (AI) or machine learning models.

3. Data Storage & Security

All communication between the Daywell application and our cloud servers is encrypted using industry-standard TLS/SSL protocols (HTTPS). Your personal data is protected against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

4. Your Rights and Data Deletion

You have full ownership of your data at all times. You can:

• Access and export your tasks, habits, and notes directly from the application.
• Delete individual entries, notes, or habits at any time.
• Request permanent account deletion and complete erasure of all your synchronized cloud data by emailing us at hi@vanthen.com. We will process your deletion request within 48 business hours.

5. Children's Privacy

Daywell is not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

6. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page or displaying a notice within the app.
